You need more than only Zoom video meetings
We are developing a concept for hybrid events for event managers, that is user-friendly and provides new opportunities to network, present and sell products digitally, for example in AR (augmented reality).
New opportunities with hybrid events: 1) Visitors from all over the country. 2) Export to visitors globally.
How it works
Visitors buy entrance tickets as usual. The basis of the solution is a website for the event, where the various digital parts can be consumed. Some materials can be consumed in AR via their mobile phone. Some also via AR glasses to get an even stronger experience. You can choose to buy a pair of AR glasses, which are connected to your mobile (www.nreal.ai), SEK 200/month for 24 months.
When the fair begins, you can see the exhibition hall in front of you. You see stands, but also other visitors and their status/name/company etc in a network solution. If you buy more expensive visit/stand packages, you will see more important decision makers). Visitors click on one of the stands and then see the digital stand in front of them at home in their living room, in 3D, as if it were there. A bit like the IKEA Place app.
Digital 3D stands
Digital 3D stands are created by our Digitization staff. They are based on ready-made templates and customers' wishes. They can also be an exact copy of the physical stand, if the exhibitor also wants a physical stand.
The content of the digital stand can be adapted:
- Video presentations of products (Played against a green screen if you want it to be visible in AR).
- Sellers present product live in AR. It will be a conversation between customer and seller, 1to1 or a group. ARcall is used. Here you can supplement with meeting booking so you can book meetings for later as well.
